I've just returned for a two week tour in Europe and the U.K. teaching the Poleates way to our friends across the pond! Judging by the overflow of classes and demand for more, I can honestly say that Poleates works! From beginner to advanced, performance and instructor training. Poleates is fast becoming the preferred method, style, technique for some of the most accomplished pole dancers in the world. As a pioneer of this sport, watching it grow from its infancy, I can tell you that nothing makes me prouder than watching my girls succeed, whether it be winning a competition or just reaching personal goals.
