A true Renaissance woman, Caterina Gennaro
has excelled as a competitive gymnast,
international model, underwater shark diver
and photographer for the Discovery Channel,
and now as one of the top pole dancers in
the world.
Cat opened Poleates in 2006 to help women
learn an incredible new way to get in shape,
build self-confidence and to get in touch
with their sensual sides. Cat first used
pole dancing to get her body back in shape
after the birth of her twins.
Her pole-dancing journey has taken her to
international competition in Las Vegas and
Sydney where she has established herself as
one of the world's elite dancers.
"I'm in the best shape of my life. I feel
better, sexier, more confident than at any
other time. Pole dancing is the perfect
sensual escape for me balancing my busy
career and raising twins."
Poleates is currently expanding to Paris,
New York and Beverly Hills. But for her,
the biggest reward comes from transforming
and revitalizing the lives of her students.

Meghan
is a classically trained ballerina / fitness
professional who has worked as a personal
trainer for the last 5 years. Her
specialties include classical ballet, pole
technique, the art of lap dance, sports
training, personal body enhancement training
and an array of other dance and body
strengthening techniques. Her passion is
helping women find themselves and "bring
their sexy back" through dance, body
strengthening and spiritual fulfillment.

Jennifer is a Naturopathic Med. student and
helped create Poleates one of a kind Pole
Yoga class. When discovering the wonders of
Pole Dancing she also developed a strong
passion for Mat Pilates; where she can cater
to those who need specific needs all the
while helping women feel better and stronger
in their shell.
"It's
a passion of mine to help women with
positive thinking and encouragement because
anyone can do whatever it is that they apply
themselves to. It's all about having fun and
feeling comfortable in your own skin. Where
we at Poleates succeed to do so every time!"

I’m always looking for new and exciting ways
to get in shape and have some fun.
I love to do anything fitness
related, whether it be hiking, kayaking, or
just lifting weights at the gym.
When I heard about Poleates, I knew I had to
give it a try… immediately! Ever since I
took my first introductory class, I’ve been
completely ADDICTED.
I love all the challenges and rewards that
come along with
pole dancing and pilates and look
forward to helping others reach their
fitness goals.

Cindy is
deeply passionate about the art of dance and
the creation of movement. Her background
includes years of cheerleading, jazz,
gymnastics, hip-hop, swing,
belly dance, cardio striptease, and
burlesque. Cindy is Pilates certified and a
licensed massaged therapist.

respect our bodies and my goal is to help
improve your flexibility as well as your
mobility. I love Poleates because it feels
like my sanctuary. I am so comfortable
here. I can let my hair down and feel good
about myself. Nobody judges me. Since I
began teaching here, I have improved not
only my
body image, but my confidence and
self esteem. I’ve made so many new
friends!”

been searching for the perfect workout my

years of study, I took on the challenge of
becoming a Certified Poleates instructor. My
specialties lie within form and focus and
wish to use my talent and passion to empower
other women.

Jaime
is a stay at home mom with two beautiful
children. She is certified in Mat
Pilates and has a strong passion for
exercise. She has been taking Pilates,
Yoga, and working with
Personal Trainers for many years.
Being bored with the typical gym scene
she wanted something more challenging
and found that at Poleates. Not only has
Poleates challenged her but it has
transformed her mind, body and spirit in
a fun, exciting, empowering
way encouraging her to feel sexy
and confident with herself. Her passion
has led her to become an instructor with
her main goal being to help women of all
ages and sizes to feel sexy and
comfortable, yet challenged to meet
their fitness goals.

Michaela is a stay at home mom with two
beautiful children. After four years of
living in jeans and flip-flops, I was ready
to bring back the more feminine side of
myself that had been lost as a result of
being at home with the kids. Originally, I
joined Poleates simply to learn how to walk
in high heels again. What I discovered was a
form of exercise that was fun, it felt good
and was totally different from any other
type of fitness routine. I enjoyed it so
much that I decided to train to become an
instructor. Poleates has helped me become
fit and confident and, as a bonus, I can
wear sexy high heels again.

Miyoko is the Author of The
Housewife's Guide to the Practical
Striptease. She teaches women all
over the country to shed their
inhibitions and embrace their sensual
sides! Through seminars, workshops and
her Pole Camp classes, she helps women
gain the confidence to try things they
never thought they'd do!
"Striptease and
pole dancing is very close to my
heart. It wasn't until I started
dancing 12 years ago that really learned
to love and honor myself as a woman.
And as a wife, business woman and mommy
