Introductory
Classes - 1 hour
Our Intro
classes will provide you with a tease of
what you will learn in our Level 1 classes.
First 30 minutes are spent warming up using
techniques from traditional Mat Pilates. The
second half provides the basics of pole
dancing, with the introduction of a few pole
tricks.
Pole Classes
- 1.5 hours

Jordan's Just Pole (Beginner /
Intermediate) -
Jordan combines more dance transitions
to complement your pole tricks, she
always has a surprise
dance move and its always fun and
exciting. Jordan's style of dance will
always make you feel like you're a
goddess!

Pole Babies w/ Cat (Beginner) -
Just starting out, come learn the basics
of just walking, turning, positioning
and learning some of the very basic
moves to get you started!

Torture Thursdays (Not really) -
Our most advanced class! Learn what you
never thought you could ever possibly
do, and guess what, you can do it! A
couple of pole bruises, that's it,
nothing to cry about :) A very detailed
class on Climbing, Inversion and Static
poses. Lots of spinning pole moves,
upper-body strength training and core.

Basic Movements -
A
intermediate level class that
will challenge you to learn a bit more, an extensive 45 min. warm-up and
lots of new moves and transitions in
every class! Also, offered
Tuesday
night with Cat at 5:30pm.

Sultry Saturdays -
A Beginner/ Intermediate class for
everyone that wants to start their
weekend right!

Thursdays Beginners Time-Out -
Time out for all of you that just want
to learn the basics, very gentle
beginner warm-up, beginner pole tricks,
a great way to end your day.

Hardcore Pole Camp w/ Meghan -
Get ready to sweat!
Intermediate/Advanced core strength
training combined with learning to
climb, perfect and hold your
moves. Always, new moves, routines, fun
transitions, and coffee for all!
Our Pole
Classes range from Beginner to Intermediate
and Advanced Levels. With each
level you will build strength and learn new
and exciting pole moves while learning the
basics of Mat Pilates. These classes are
progressive and a routine will be taught to
complement your pole tricks.
Hardcore Pole Camp - 1
hour
A fast,
fun, energetic workout that encompasses
step-by-step techniques and new dance and
pole moves each week. A short warm-up will
be performed at the beginning of each class.
Mat Pilates
Classes - 1 hour
Learn the basics of
lateral breathing, engaging your powerhouse,
control, centering, along with the flow and
transition of one movement to the next. Our
Mat Pilates is the perfect class for anyone
just starting to engage Poleates into their
workout routine. Intermingled with
beginning, intermediate and advanced
movements you will learn to listen to your
body and continue to challenge yourself
throughout each class.
Lean & Mean - 1 hour
Advanced
pole tricks providing strength training,
precision, holding moves, one hour of pure
strengthening fun!
Sensual
Expressions -
1 hour
This class starts with a short warm-up and
then concentrates on dance transitions
around the pole, some floor work, wall dance,
burlesque, lap dance techniques and some
aerial work.
Everyday Open
Pole - 11am to 12pm
There's
no class instructor, just come and have fun
dancing around or practice your pole tricks.
